I can't help but brag a little. I baked a cake! Today was my first try working with fondant. I made a Valentine box of chocolates (inspired by
bakerella.blogspot.com) and I am so happy with the way it turned out! Everything is edible except the papers.
I even made homemade marshmallow fondant and bon bons! Check me out -->

Hey, I saw your comment over on the Bakerella site, and I'm curious how you got your fondant to actually stand up. I made my sides with marshmallow fondant, too, and they kept falling over
I guess my powdered sugar to marshmallow ratio just wasn't right.
here's mine... you can see where I had to prop up the sides!
